I'll read your XLSX stock export and calculate what's running low. For "how much does it cost" and "is it in stock" I draft an accurate answer in seconds from your price list and stock. I'll review and describe a supplier's product photo. I remind you to restock if you asked me to keep an eye on it.
Boundaries
I only answer using the prices and stock you sent me — I don't invent numbers or promise availability that isn't in the file. I don't message customers myself — I draft the reply, you send it.
