Agent OS Terms of Use

Agent OS delivers a personal AI assistant in Telegram: you describe a task — we build, launch, and maintain an assistant with its own memory. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. To reach us — through a manager in Telegram (the "Help" button in your dashboard).

You sign in to your dashboard through your Telegram account. You're responsible for access to your Telegram account; actions taken through it are considered yours.

Every plan includes a monthly credit budget. A credit is an internal unit of AI model work: how many credits a reply costs depends on the model and reply quality you chose (configurable in your dashboard). When the budget runs out, the assistant switches to an economy mode until the reset — it doesn't shut down. Plan contents and prices are listed on the site; we notify you of changes in advance.

The trial period is 3 days and 150 credits, with no payment and no auto-charge: nothing is charged when it ends. To continue, you pay for the plan you choose.

Paid plans are billed by card through Tribute: this is a subscription with auto-renewal, period — 30 days. The date of the next charge is visible in your dashboard. You can cancel auto-renewal in Tribute itself: the @tribute bot → "My subscriptions" → "Cancel subscription" — access remains until the end of the period you already paid for. New subscriptions through Telegram Stars aren't being set up right now. Those who already paid with Stars keep renewing through Telegram's own billing and can turn it off in their dashboard anytime — access remains until the end of the paid period. Plans that the Tribute checkout doesn't sell are paid through a manager: after your request, the team sends you a payment method, and an Agent OS team member manually confirms receipt. An invoice for a company or sole proprietor is available on request through a manager. You can also pay in USDT (сеть BNB Smart Chain (BEP20)) by transfer to the address we give you: this is a one-time payment for 30 days of access. This method has no auto-renewal — you pay for the next period yourself; a reminder will arrive before the paid period ends.

14 days for a refund. Used up to 15% of the monthly volume — we'll refund the full amount. Up to 50% — we'll credit half the monthly volume in credits and turn off auto-renewal. Above 50% — we don't issue a refund. You can cancel your plan and request a refund in your dashboard. This cancels the Telegram Stars subscription; the dashboard button doesn't cancel a card payment through Tribute — card auto-renewal can only be turned off in Tribute itself (see section 5), and you can request a refund for it in your dashboard or through support. If a charge went through due to a technical reason on our side, we refund it in full regardless of usage or timing. Stars refunds are made through Telegram's own billing: Stars are returned to your Telegram balance, on the same account. A card payment through Tribute is refunded to the same card the payment was made with. Refunds for card payments through Tribute are processed manually by an Agent OS team member: contact support, the amount is calculated by the same rules. A payment in USDT is refunded by transfer to the wallet you specify, in the same asset and on the same network; the exchange rate at the time of refund may differ from the rate at the time of payment. Refunds for crypto payments are processed manually by an Agent OS team member: contact support, the amount is calculated by the same rules.

It's prohibited to use the service for unlawful content and activity, spam and mass mailings, attempts to hack or interfere with the service, or in ways that violate Telegram's or the AI model providers' rules. Reselling access to the service without our consent is prohibited. If you violate these terms, we may suspend service, giving you notice first.

Everything you and the people you talk with write to the assistant, and everything you upload, is yours. The Telegram bot built for you stays yours: if your subscription ends, you keep the bot (without our engine — the assistant and its memory). The software and infrastructure of the service belong to us. If you turn on "Client mode" (the assistant replies to your customers on your behalf), that's your decision, and you're responsible for informing your customers that they're talking to an AI assistant and that their messages are processed.

The assistant's replies are generated by an AI model. They may contain inaccuracies — don't rely on them as professional (legal, medical, financial) advice without verification.

We keep the service running and make backups, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability: planned maintenance and outages of external platforms (Telegram, model providers) are possible.

Our total liability for any claims is limited to the amount you paid for the last month of service.

You can delete your account and data at any time — in your dashboard or by request to a manager (see the Privacy Policy). We may terminate service if you violate these Terms, giving you notice first and refunding payment under the rules in section 6, if the violation wasn't on your part.

We may update these Terms. The version and date are shown at the top of the page; we'll notify you of material changes in your dashboard or through the bot. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you agree to them.

The service is intended for users age 16 and up. By submitting a request, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old.
