Memory grows in two ways.
Long-term memory holds up to 100 notes of up to 500 characters each. One-off details like "just for this answer" stay out of it.
Every assistant has a working folder on the server. Your price list, a policy, a spreadsheet, a page it built — all of it stays there between conversations.
The folder survives restarts and is backed up, with up to 2,000 files per project. So the assistant can come back to a document a week later instead of asking you to send it again.
Yes. There's an /import command and three ways to use it.
The assistant proposes a list of facts and you confirm each one: "to memory" or "skip". Facts about other people are flagged separately and never go in with "All to memory" unless you decide so. The original message texts are never written to disk — only the facts you confirm are kept.

Memory is separated by who's talking. In a team group the assistant keeps a separate group memory. In client mode each customer gets their own memory, and yours never leaks into it.
ChatGPT has memory too: you can ask it to remember a fact, and it can also draw on past conversations. If you live inside the ChatGPT app, that may be enough.
